  1. When will my order ship? Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to process; most items will ship within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed. Birdie Boutique specializes in one-of-a-kind products, for this reason some items may be limited in quantities or require extra fulfillment time – we will contact you as soon as possible if any delay is expected.
  2. Need it sooner for a special event or gift? Contact us or add a Note on your order during the checkout process and we will do our best to work within your time frame.
  3. What is your return/exchange policy? We understand that online shopping can be risky but rest assured, you may return any online purchases that you are not satisfied with. Should you find your item does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for exchange or return options. Sometimes, a simple change in size or color can make a difference. We always want you to walk away with something that feels special and perfect for you and we will do our best to make that happen. 
  4. Is my information kept private? You can buy with confidence knowing that we guarantee your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. Additionally, all payment information submitted to Birdie Boutique remains secure and we never even see your credit card number with our checkout system.
  5. Shipping costs? Sales Tax? In lieu of current promotions or sales, we are happy to extend free shipping for orders over $100 (pre-tax and shipping). There is a $5 standard shipping fee on orders under $50 and $10 shipping on orders up to $100 (prices for Alaska and Hawaii are higher). Items are shipped via the most effective, trackable method using either USPS, UPS or FedEx. If you have a preferred method, please Note on your order or contact us. All packages shipped to addresses within CA will be charged sales tax. At this time we do not ship retail orders internationally, however please contact us if there is a need. 
  6. Furniture delivery and pick-up? Furniture is available online for in-store pickup only.  We do offer delivery services to Southern California, please contact us prior to ordering for details and rates. 
  7. I saw an item that I wanted to purchase but now it is gone, what happened? Since we specialize in unique, one-of-kind pieces, our online store is constantly changing to feature new items and reflect inventory. If you can’t find something that you saw listed on our site, social media, or in store, simply email us and describe the piece to us and we will do our best to find it for you.
  8. Is your entire inventory available online? Birdie Boutique carries hundreds of one-of-a-kind items and many different brands. Our online store features a small selection of items that we have, visit our physical store in Norco, CA to see our full inventory.
